How do I care for my items?
Due to the size of our shop (we're a one-woman show) and the unique nature of our items, all sales are final. Please read descriptions and ask questions before purchasing.
Thoughtful purchasing is at the core of slow fashion!
You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships! Please allow a few days for handling and an additional 3-5 days for shipping.
Customers are responsible for tracking their own packages. Bubbo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items damaged in the mail.
Our items are handmade, from various textiles including vintage fabric, thrifted items, etc. Imperfections are to be expected! We’ll do our best to indicate any spotting or staining.
Proper care must be taken of fabric, especially antique pieces, to ensure a long life in your closet. Simple hand sewing and mending are great and approachable skills in maintaining your pieces – we’re happy to send you some resources!
We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and use or lack of care. Please read and follow the care instructions that come with your purchase.
